Brandon is responsible for all technical aspects of the business as well as service relations with our customers. He has worked in the industry for over 14 years.

Julio will be responsible for the daily construction operations of new and retrofit projects. Julio has over 16 years of BAS experience in Central and South Texas. He is a Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®.
Lonnie has over 30 years of accounting experience working with companies in the construction, distribution, manufacturing, and public utility industries.
Jordan has nearly 20 years of HVAC/Controls experience with bachelor's degrees in both mechanical engineering and math. Jordan maintains an active Professional Engineer license in the state of Virginia.
David started in the HVAC/Controls business in 1975 and has more than 46 years’ experience. David is once retired from 32 years of service from NEISD and has been with Yates for over 5 years.
Dave has extensive knowledge of HVAC and control systems and specializes in job takeoff.
Sophia is responsible for the day to day office operations and ensuring our customers are well taken care of. Sophia has a background of customer focused experience.
Tracey is responsible for the daily coordination of our service techs and customer interface for scheduling. Tracey supports all things service.
